Stylo, a leading footwear brand in Pakistan wanted to increase its potential new customers and trigger their interest, with the aim of encouraging them to buy their products.
Challenge
The brand wanted to increase New Customers while maintaining the ROAS.
Their Solution
The company never used catalogue ads and have been controlling their creatives manually. The brand wanted to try out dynamic creatives & collection ads for the first time to help them improve their conversion rates.
In the first phase, Stylo targeted a broad audience based on demo, interests and behavioral (Engaged Shoppers) parameters via automatic placements. while creating another campaign for retargeting the customers who showed interest by engaging with ads/content, viewing content (website) or abandoned the carts. We personalized content for audiences based on the events they triggered
In the second phase, Stylo also tested Facebook’s new way of optimizing the campaigns (CBO) to test different audiences.
While Stylo used the best practices of using dynamic ads & creatives in its campaign, the company found a success with finding its right audience which later got scaled up to increase conversion rates further.
Results
The Summer Collection 2019 campaign helped Stylo reach a whole new audience of potential customers and drive conversions:
- Total Purchases: 5,795
- Increase in orders: 125%
- ROAS: 9.78x (Above Average)
